Acceptance of terms By purchasing or using any product sold by Preezm, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and that you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products. 2. Nature of products Preezm sells software tools intended for use in video games. You acknowledge that the use of such software may violate the Terms of Service of the respective game(s). Preezm is not responsible for any account bans, penalties, suspensions, or other consequences imposed by game developers or publishers resulting from your use of our software. You use our products entirely at your own risk. 3. No refund policy All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to: software detection or game bans, dissatisfaction with the product, failure to read product descriptions, or technical issues on your end. By completing a purchase, you explicitly waive any right to dispute or reverse the transaction. 4. License & permitted use Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user license to use the software for personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or lease our software or license keys to any third party. Any violation of this license will result in immediate termination of your access without refund. 5. Account & key security You are solely responsible for keeping your license key and account credentials secure. Do not share your key with anyone. Preezm reserves the right to revoke any key found to be shared or used on unauthorized devices, without refund or notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your key. 6. Software availability & updates Preezm does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any software. Products may become temporarily or permanently unavailable due to game updates, anti-cheat patches, or other factors outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to update our software but make no guarantees regarding uptime, detection status, or update timelines. Downtime does not entitle you to a refund or extension of your subscription. 7. Limitation of liability Preezm and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes game account bans, hardware damage, data loss, or any legal consequences. Our total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. 8. Chargebacks & fraud Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a working product is considered fraud. Preezm reserves the right to pursue legal action and report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities. Any user found to have initiated a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently banned from our store and all future purchases. 9. Privacy & data We collect only the information necessary to process your order and deliver your product (such as email address and payment details). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Our software may collect hardware identifiers for the purpose of license verification and anti-abuse measures. 10. Modifications to terms Preezm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products or store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. 11.
